Women in STEM continue to make waves across disciplines, and a strong contingent from the University of Limerick recently showcased their excellence at the Institute of Physics (IOP) Spring Conference in Galway. Representing a diverse range of topics within Physics, these talented researchers highlighted the vital contributions women are making in science today. UL also played a prominent role in the prestigious Rosse Medal competition, which celebrates the best in postgraduate science communication. This year, the top honour was awarded to UL’s very own Krishna Hari, pictured 2nd for the right, marking a proud moment for the university and further affirming its commitment to supporting and championing women in STEM.
